About this cartoon: Republican legislatures across the nation went into overdrive to pass voter-suppression measures, largely targeting minority voters (Blacks especially) in the name of supposedly preventing "fraud." Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin's knee-on-the-neck murder of George Floyd provides an apt analogy.
